At Miss Nori, we want you to love your new look; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all fashion tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective hygiene seals are intact.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
